Withdraw from the contract
Did you buy from our webshop as a consumer? Then you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in your details below, no login needed.
When does the right of withdrawal not apply?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to measure or specially for you, and parts coded or programmed for your car at your request;
- products that were mixed with other items after delivery, such as oil or fluid poured into the car;
- services that were fully performed, if you expressly agreed beforehand to the start of the performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal, such as chip tuning, coding, diagnostics and fitting;
- software or a software file not on a physical medium, once delivery has started with your consent.
You can still always submit your withdrawal. We check it and let you know if something is not covered by the right of withdrawal. For a service that was already partly performed, you pay for the part performed.
The right of withdrawal is for consumers. Businesses can find in our terms what we take back outside the right of withdrawal.
Rather not online? You can also withdraw with a clear statement by email to info@bimmerstore.eu or by letter to Langstraat 62, 2270 Herenthout. You may use the model form in our terms, but you do not have to.
