This screen is suitable for the following models with BMW iDrive CCC or CIC that also have AUX. Your car may have an AUX port that has not yet been activated. Contact us if this is the case.

Installing the screen yourself

We provide a handy manual explaining exactly how to install the screen. If you have questions during the installation, you can always reach us by email or WhatsApp and we will try to answer as quickly as possible.

Having the screen installed

Before we can install your screen, we will ask for your chassis number and for photos of your iDrive system, to make sure we supply the right screen for you. Once you have paid a deposit or signed our quote, we can schedule an appointment to install the screen. Depending on your model, the installation takes 1 to 2 hours. If extra options have to be fitted in addition to the screen, it may take longer.

Warranty

The Andream screen we supply is a quality system that has been fitted to thousands of cars in recent years. The system has been tested extensively, meets the highest expectations and holds several quality certificates. Installing the screen is perfectly safe as long as the instructions are followed carefully. If you deviate from the instructions, you risk problems occurring. If in doubt, you can always come to BimmerStore for installation.

In the event of faults in the system or broken parts, it is best to contact us. You get a 2-year warranty on the screen and the parts supplied, provided they are used correctly according to the instructions.

Parts of the screen, and parts used and/or installed by BimmerStore, may void parts of your vehicle's factory warranty. Some parts or functions may not be legal for use on public roads. BimmerStore gives no guarantees as to the legality of parts used on cars driven on public roads and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the vehicle's factory warranty or for failing the vehicle inspection.

Start in 2nd


Save a lot of shifting during city driving by enabling this function. The transmission always stays in 2nd gear at a standstill, for a relaxed and very comfortable drive.

Choose whether the transmission shifts to 1st or 2nd gear at a standstill in M mode.

(Available for 6-speed, applies to M mode only)


Increased pressure


For very high-power applications we recommend activating the Line Pressure Bump. This raises the transmission's line pressure by about 15% to increase its torque capacity. 


The line pressure depends on the engine's current torque, and this option is only active in high-torque situations, not during normal driving. Only activate it if needed, e.g. if clutch slip occurs in 6th gear (8HP) or 4th gear (6HP).

Display


You can enable the gear display in D mode.

Rear axle ratio


With xHP you can adapt the transmission to modified rear axles. If you change the rear axle ratio without adapting the transmission, fault codes and/or limp mode will be triggered.

(Available for 7-speed DCT)

Kickdown Launch


You can freely set the clutch engagement point and clutch speed of your DCT transmission! Whether you want an effective launch or just want your rear tires to leave long black lines is up to you.

Drag Race Mode


Drag Race Mode is designed to get the most out of your transmission and improve your 0-100 and 100-200 times! Torque reduction during shifts is completely disabled, shift pressure is at its maximum and the clutch protection thresholds are raised, so you can put your engine's full power to the ground no matter what.


Drag Race Mode is activated automatically during Launch Control and in Sport+/DSC OFF mode (8-speed) or Manual mode (6-speed) when you apply more than about 40% throttle. Normal daily driving in Comfort mode is not affected.

Launch Control


With xHP you can adjust parameters such as launch RPM, wheel slip, brake boost torque and much more to improve your performance off the line! Your BMW's launch control is configured for a standard car, but on tuned cars it has to be adjusted for optimal performance. Easy-to-understand sliders make adjusting your Launch Control a matter of seconds.


(Available for 6-speed, 7-speed and 8-speed)


Kickdown Launch
